We can develop a custom package that can include services such as massage, acupuncture, fitness training, meditation sessions and yoga. Located in downtown Newburyport also means you are walking distance to wonderful restaurants, art galleries, coffee shops and bookstores. A stunning beach is only a five-minute car ride away.

This sets the stage for multiple meetings with Keith each day and a tailored program of life story analysis, nutritional counseling, and restorative services like massage and yoga.
Keith is a graduate of Brown University and the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He served for years as an instructor and assistant clinical professor at Tufts University School of Medicine. During 2019, he moved beyond the practice of psychiatry and developed his own life coaching, mentoring and spiritual counseling practice.
